Typical work includes risk framework design, operational resilience, critical controls assurance, decision quality review, retained counsel, and selected governance appointments.

No. The practice is best suited to asset-intensive, regulated, or high-consequence organisations where risk and resilience decisions matter. Size is less important than seriousness of the problem.

No. Kybernetix does not resell software, does not provide certification audit, and does not broker insurance. The practice is methodologically platform-agnostic and structurally independent.

First conversations are usually approximately thirty minutes. The purpose is to understand the problem, test whether Kybernetix is the right answer, and identify the most useful next step. Where the practice is not the right answer, we will say so.

Yes, where capacity and methodology fit permit. Kybernetix works direct or under reputable management consulting and engineering prime contractors, while retaining its own delivery and reporting standards.
